Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Each candle is made to order, which means production begins after you place it. You can expect your vessel to arrive within 7–14 business days for US orders. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States. We're working to extend our reach and will announce international shipping when it becomes available. If you're outside the US and feel called to these rituals, sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly with the carrier's website for the most accurate updates. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

What type of wax and wick do you use?

Every Áurea Luna candle is made with 100% natural soy wax — vegan, eco-friendly, and free from parabens and phthalates. The wick is 100% cotton, chosen for a clean, even burn that produces minimal soot. We believe what you bring into your sacred space matters, down to the ingredients.

Are the fragrances natural?

Our fragrance blends are crafted to evoke specific ritual intentions — grounding, release, clarity, momentum. We do not use phthalates in our formulations. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, please reach out before ordering and we'll share what we can about the fragrance composition.

Returns & the Crafted-to-Order Promise

What is the Crafted-to-Order Promise?

Every vessel is made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your candle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a refund — no return shipment required.

How do I request a replacement or refund?

Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send a clear photo of the damage or defect along with your order number. We'll review it promptly and make it right. We ask only that you give us the chance to do so before disputing a charge.

Ritual Use & Candle Care

How do I get the most out of my candle?

Each product page includes a specific ritual designed for that candle's intention — we recommend reading it before you light for the first time. Beyond the ritual itself, keep your wick trimmed to ¼ inch before each burn, burn in a well-ventilated space, and let the fragrance settle into the room before beginning your practice. Presence is the most important thing you bring.

What is the first burn and why does it matter?

The first burn sets the memory of the wax. Allow your candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the edge of the vessel — this typically takes 2–3 hours. If you extinguish it too early, the wax can tunnel down the center and you'll lose both burn time and scent throw. It's worth the patience. Think of it as the opening ceremony.
