Candle Care & Safety

Trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn. On the first burn, let the wax melt fully to the edges — this protects every burn that follows. Keep burns to 4 hours maximum. Always burn on a heat-safe surface, away from children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Each Áurea Luna candle is made to order — crafted intentionally, for you. If your experience falls short of what we promised, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will make it right — no lengthy returns process, no friction. Just a photo and a message.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

Every Áurea Luna candle is made to order and ships from Los Angeles. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–12 business days from purchase.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 on all US orders. Orders over $75 ship free. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a US territory, please allow additional time beyond the standard estimate.
