SHIPPING POLICY

At Áurea Luna, every candle is made to order — crafted and shipped from Los Angeles using 100% soy wax and cotton wicks. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Processing Time Once your order is placed, it enters production within 1 business day. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. We don't hold pre-made inventory — your candle is made specifically for you.

Shipping Rates Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 on all US orders. Orders over $75 ship free.

Domestic Shipping (United States) After production, standard delivery within the contiguous US typically takes 2–5 additional business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4–12 business days from the date of purchase. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can occasionally affect timing.

If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a US territory, please allow additional time — delivery to these locations can take 7–12 business days beyond the standard estimate.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package directly with the carrier.

A Note on Fulfillment Áurea Luna is fulfilled through Lumient, our trusted print-on-demand partner based in Los Angeles. Your candle ships directly from their facility. The return address on your package will reflect their location, not a local address — this is completely normal and doesn't affect your order or your experience with us.
